Technical plates

Technical plates are the source material for the production of cutting parts of various shapes, used for sealing fixed assemblies, for the manufacture of gaskets that prevent friction between metal surfaces and various mechanisms, for the perception of single shock loads, as well as gaskets, decking and other sealing products . Plates depending on the purpose, design and method of manufacture are divided into:

CLASSES:

      1st class – with a thickness of 1.5 to 50.0 mm for RTG (rubber technical goods) operating at pressures above 0.1 MPa;
      2nd class – with a thickness of 1.5 to 50.0 mm for RTG operating at pressures up to 0.1 MPa;

TYPES:

      I- rubber;
      ІІ – rubber fabric (one rubber gasket);

TYPES:

      shaped (sheets);
      unformed (rolls);

TYPES:

      TFAA (thermofrost acid-alkali plate);
      OR (oil-resistant plate);
      WOR (weather and oil resistant plate).
