Technical plates

Technical plates are the source material for the production of cutting parts of various shapes, used for sealing fixed assemblies, for the manufacture of gaskets that prevent friction between metal surfaces and various mechanisms, for the perception of single shock loads, as well as gaskets, decking and other sealing products . Plates depending on the purpose, design and method of manufacture are divided into:

CLASSES:

1st class - with a thickness of 1.5 to 50.0 mm for RTG (rubber technical goods) operating at pressures above 0.1 MPa;
2nd class - with a thickness of 1.5 to 50.0 mm for RTG operating at pressures up to 0.1 MPa;

TFAA (thermofrost acid-alkali plate);

TFAA

TFAA - thermofrost-acid-alkaline plate, Working TMKL: ambient air, tanks, vessels; nitrogen; inert gases under pressure from 0.05 to 0.4 MPa; fresh, sea, industrial, wastewater without organic solvents and lubricants; salt solution with a concentration up to saturation; acids, alkalis with a concentration of not more than 20% under a pressure of 0.05 to 10.0 MPa. The plate has hardness: 35-65 units. Shore - soft (M), 50-65 units. Shore - average (C), 65-85 units. Shore - elevated (T). TU U22.1-42171243-001: 2020.

OR Plate

OR - oil-resistant plate, OR working: indoor air, tanks, vessels; inert gases at a pressure of 0.05 to 0.4 MPa or oil and fuel oil, gasoline at a pressure of 0.05 to 10.0 MPa; nitrogen. The plate has hardness: 40-55 units Shore - soft (M), 55-70 units. Shore - average (C), 70-90 units. Shore - elevated (T). TU U22.1-42171243-001: 2020.

WOR Plate

WOR - weather and oil resistant plate, WOR working: atmospheric air, premises, tanks, vessels; nitrogen; inert gases at a pressure of 0.05 to 0.4 MPa or petroleum-based oils under a pressure of 0.05 to 10.0 MPa. The plate has hardness: 35-65 units. Shore - soft (M), 50-65 units. Shore - average (C), 65-85 units. Shore - elevated (T). TU U22.1-4211243-001: 2020.

Rubber car foot pads (circle)

Rubber car foot pads- used to cover the floors of cars, buses, trolleybuses and for domestic purposes. Rubber car foot pads come in two types: stripe, circle.

Workable at ambient temperatures from -45 to +70 ℃.

Vacuum plate

Vacuum plate - used for the manufacture of gaskets for vacuum systems used in various vacuum installations, is made in a non-molded way (roll) with a thickness of 1 to 6 mm, or in a molded way, up to 40 mm thick. The hardness of the plate Shore 45-60 units. Temperature interval of working capacity (from +8 to +70 ℃.

Transformer plate UM

Transformer plate UM - transformer plate type UM (universal oil heat and frost resistant). It is intended for production of various fixed consolidations in transformer and electrotechnical devices. The plate according to TU is operational in the conditions of oil (transformer and condensate) and in air at
t from -60 to + 100.The plate, which is produced according to the technical conditions, works in oil at t from -45 to + 100 ℃, in air at t from -45 to + 50 ℃. The plate is available in two types: rolled and sheet.

Depending on the purpose (working environment) plates are made of four types. 1 - dairy products, fish, meat (medium hardness); 2 - fats and oils, and products that contain fats, mayonnaise (soft, medium and high hardness); 3 - fruits, vegetables, juices, purees and canned food, beer, yeast suspension, drinking, carbonated and mineral water, kvass, sugar syrup and other soft drinks (soft, medium and high hardness); 4 - wine, vodka, cognac and other alcoholic beverages (medium hardness).

Dielectric carpets

Dielectric carpets - are used as an additional precautionary measure in closed electrical installations with a voltage above 1000 V, except in damp rooms, as well as in open electrical installations in dry weather. The products have a corrugated surface, withstand a test voltage of 20 kV AC, purity of 50 Hz. Two groups are made: group I - for work at t from -15 to + 40 ℃, group II - oil-resistant - for work at t from -50 to + 80 ℃. Shore hardness 50-60 units.
